These sites contradict eachother on a few things, but each agree that the Arcade will be lowered by 80 Euro to less than 200 Euros.  However, the general consensus is the Pro is only coming down by 50 Euros.

The last site indicates that the cuts have already started. 

Should help 360 sales in Europe if it is true.

I think Microsoft is giving a news conference in Europe today which is likely going to confirm the prices for all of Europe.

Yeah I don't know if I buy that one, but the 80Euro drop on the Arcade seems to be collaborated by a few sources.  That is a BIG drop, and I reckon we will see a nice spike for a couple of weeks, settling into higher sales.

If there is an equal drop in the USA, the Arcade suddenly reaches that magic $199 mass market price!!!!

But if there was an EQUIVELANT drop in the USA, they would slash $120 off the Arcade model which would be INSANE!!! I don't think they'll go that far, but 80Euro is a lot for Europe.

Now the rumours are saying that even the huge Pro and Elite price cuts could be real, as Microsoft clears stock for a new model

Looks like Europe is about to start happening for Microsoft. All this right before GTAIV!!!

It's nice to know that after months of saying Europe is their new focus while doing jack shit to back it up, they're actually trying.
