Hi everyone.

This is still unofficial at this stage (i'll be keen to see what Nintendo announce in the coming days), but our data is showing around 1.25 million copies of Brawl sold on Sunday 9th March in America following the midnight launch. Well over 2 million copies of the game were shipped and we are expecting it to hit somewhere in the region of 1.8-2.0 million by the end of the week.

Nintendo makes too much $ they should share wit me.

Bet with kingofwale that kh3 will be a Wii exclusive.

Metroid Prime isn't an FPS. Metroid Other M isn't going to be a TPS. The series is part of the Action-Adventure Genre.

Keep in mind Nintendo's internal tracking, for its previous big title, Super Mario Galaxy, showed 500,000 sold in week one - in November no less.

Don't mind the shirt, it just brings out the eyes.

wow, hot damn. I was close. I was thinking between 1.5 and 2 mil first week. I wasn't sure about first day though.

Well I guess counting Japan that puts it at what 2 mil first day?

WOW, really? That'd exceed all of my wildest expectations. Seems Wii isn't all about casuals after all, huh?

It could have sold more if Wii's were available. Still, this is a great achievement, and I'm happy that the game did this good. Let's hope this game can hit 14m and become something great. Maybe that will land us more third-party mascots in the future.

Final-Fan wins if NSMBWii outsells GT5 WW counting by the first 26 weeks in each region; Riot Of The Blood wins if it does not"

and right now the stakes seem to be the winner controlling the loser's sig and avatar AND the 'loser calling the winner master thing' I outlined, for three months.

-Bet with Final Fan.

I might actually loose my bet :(

Starcraft: "If anyone even suggests the PS3 could beat the Xbox 360 JRPG-wise, I will slap them." - 14th of July 2008

Exclusive JRPG's released in the west (metacritic over 60):

Xbox 360: 7                        PS3: 4
