This has happened three times now. VGC is acting normal, and running fine, then all of a sudden, I click on a link, and I see code, like this:

Can not open GeoIP.dat

This happens for thirty seconds to a minute, then I try going to any VGC page and it's fine again. Last time it happened (for about 15 seconds), there were some 20 lines of code like that, with different numbers.

This has never happened to me before today. It was happening on Firefox, then I tried on Chrome, and it was happening there, too.

What is going on, and could you fix it, please?
