How is it that people like Jeff Dunham and Dane Cook are popular and comedians like daniel tosh are just NOW getting more recognitition?

How is it that Pink floyd was so ignored by the public, in lieu of people like Hollywood undead?

SO why is it that Wii fit appeals to the masses, when a game like mario kart wii or super mario galaxy does horribly?
