Left 4 Dead is popular everywhere, not just in the US, it's just that in Europe the PC version is much more popular. If you count in the PC version, L4D sold just as much in Europe as it did in the US. Message | Report

I was being sarcastic. From what I've read a less violent release has been submitted.
Australia only has a userbase of 780K. But from what I can tell shooters seem to do pretty well in Australia. Which is probably why they care enough to release a censored version. Message | Report
