Yes, it will come will all 5 DLC's. I'll be getting it with Uncharted 2 when they come out. Both are coming out on October 13th. Message | Report

Apparently the 5 DLC packs will cost 50 euros/dollars or 10 euroes/dollars each with the first pack releasing in late september. But if you wait 1 month you'll get the GOTY edition for 40 euros. Not sure about dollar price. Trade in your copy of fallout and you'll get the GOTY edition even cheaper Message | Report
