MP isn't that much of a rush fest, especially 3 vs 3. The Covenant leaders can be very good for a rush, but in general you get long and good games

This game is no Command & Conquer. But still a fantastic RTS. Down the road I hope they bundle this game with the console and port it to the PC.

Just finished this and really really enjoyed it. It would have been nice if there were a few more open ended missions at the end but the presentation, gameplay and storyline were all very good. The only warning is that those used to RTS games will find the campaign fairly short (6-8 hours to complete on normal difficultly)

It's a great game for a console RTS. I haven't played many console RTS but this by far controlled the best (I tried C&C and Red Alert, they didn't compare from my brief experience) and the single player is fairly solid although short (you can beat the entire campaign in about a day even on Heroic, Legendary was a bit hard for me but I don't have all the skulls yet).

I heard multiplayer is a rush fest which is a shame but to be expected.

My only real complaint was you were human the entire campaign and never got to play the Flood or Covenant. Oh and theres no flood in multiplayer as a choice which also stinks.
