The Strikers series makes me wonder why they didn't make Little Goomba a sidekick character. He's all feet after all. Guess that he's smooshable was the reason they left him out. One feature this has over MSCharged: When your superkick slams the goalie into the net superfast with that trumpet blast. It made it look so devastating.

I can say that this game is very fun at entertaining, has a good replay value and the difficulty is good even for experienced gamers.

The cons would be the other aspects of the game, like content and diversity, the differences between characters, the music and the small details like errors in the game, but I remember this game was made way fast, and the fun that it gives compensates the cons.

I've got this but it's the euro version (Mario Smash Football) and prefer it over its Wii sequel.
