Ingenious game, just shy of the brilliance that is Ocarina of Time. Link's Awakening is the best handheld game ever made by far, none come close. It even eclipses it's 'big' brother A Link to the Past in scope and depth, on an underpowered system no less! A system never made for a game of this magnitude. If that's not an achievement, I don't know what is. Very good sales also, especially when combined with the DX version. Very happy about that. Message | Report |

My all time favorite Zelda game (yes, I've played all of them) even more so then Ocarina of Time. Even without its namesake Zelda this game stands out as truly unique, with easy the most heart wrenching ending an game has ever had. Your not a Zelda fan if you haven't played this one.
