The development of the game was screwed up due to Japanese economic upset. Sadly, the dev team had to agree to this update or scrap all future plans for new content. This is basically an update for the hardcore only, priced cheaper than individual DLC would have totaled. It was still released at a bad time though.

i got this, but i think they should have just release the new characters as dlc instead of a full game
