Get the Lincon Navigator and put on the most expensive Carbon Side Mirrors in the Body Shop they are Free, once you have got them you can get all the others for free too.

I was quite a bit disappointed playing this.
The driving was good, but the comic story sucked, graphics and soundtrack are worse this time and the free roaming was pretty boring.
