I think FFVII and FFVIII were the best games on PS1 but this is somewhere in the top 5 with others like Tekken 3 and Wipeout XL too. Message | Report |

@megaman79: For the most part, but they do take liberties with the bipedal weapons system, nanomachines, and the cyborg ninja, all that tech is still in an embryonic state Irl. I dare anyone find a boss battle, outside of Shadow of the Colossus, better than Psycho Mantis. This game is amazing, Sniper Wolf's battle was also fantastic. 9.5/10 Message | Report |

I got it when i was eleven, im not gonna lie, but i based my decision on buying this game from the demo disc that came with my new playstation and the simple but cool box art. Man what a sick story, and music. My only one nitpick with this game was the bird eye's perspective. But everything made up for that 10 fold. Message | Report |

Im playin this for the first time right now. You do learn the lesson of only playing one system, N64, neglecting other friggin awesome games. Im impressed and this along with GOW's, GTA's, Res. Evil, are the only reasons i regret not ever buying a PS. I got a question, Is all the technology, weaponry, etc always accurate to the time that its based in. Seems as though it was engineered specifically with accuracy in mind. Message | Report |

Konami has always been so good to me... this particular title is what I've been naming my favorite game of all time ever since it's release. This is the ultimate cinematic experience presented in videogame form, and I loved everything about it. It was almost topped by Snake Eater. Almost. Message | Report |
