This game has one of my favorite fictional stories, and the only video game that really comes close is Planescape: Torment. deserves a remaster/update. Also, incredible soundtrack.

Just beat it for the first time. Too bad for Disc 2 (Wished I could have played through some of those dungeons during the monologues). AMAZING GAME. Loved how Saga was a reimagining of Gears (Just watched Episodes 1-3).
My copy was a PSN sale!

According to Square-Enix, it shipped 910K in Japan and 280K in America. So the game sold 1.19 million WW.

I agree. This game is incredible. It is my favorite rpg ever. Is anybody else wondering why the US sales totals are not listed here. I don't know why VG Charts does that.

This game was amazing. Beautiful soundtrack, an enthralling intelligent story, great characters and brilliant battle system. I admit the periods of talking and story can be a little long, but everything about the game is just so well done.

Sony should release this in their online story, it truly is a classic.
