This game sells for $35 in America. Even though there are millions of used copies out there the demand is still so high I had to pay $24 for it used. Anyway, I see why it is so popular, I love it. I wonder when it will stop selling, 25 million, maybe... Message | Report |

there is no reason for people to discredit this games sales on a bundle... The bundle cost a good bit more that regular price, if anything we could look at it as it is on sale in a lot of places for 19.99. Message | Report |

@SmokedHostage Actually, considering how America's DS userbase is similar to Japan's and smaller than Others, Mario is doing fine. The games' attach ratio is close enough, and the sales are rising faster in America. If you take a look at SMG's attach rates, it looks like America is his strongest region, if anything. One thing I noticed. It sold/is selling less in America than Europe and Japan yet the first Super Mario Bros. sold ~29.5 million in America. Mario may still be pretty big but not so much in America. :\ Also Europe and Japan are about the same which is shocking imo. Message | Report |

I just bought the game ... and I have to say , loooong time since a sidescrooler impressed me , but the underwater levels are just beautifull :D At first it doesnt seems much , but afther playing it for a couple of hours it hooks you , and lets you go extremly hard ... Message | Report |

@acidzebra I wouldn't say this is Mario for idiots... It's Mario for casual gamers. In my opinion the game was very easy, but some of the coins really had me frustrated and required some skill... I tried to let my father try it (he has no skill whatsoever in video games) and still considering the difficulty level fairly easy, he could pass the first level really slowly, and couldn't get the jumping right, and by the time he got to level 1-2 he had to quit because it was just too complicated... I could imagine a casual gamer to actually find some of the levels challenging (but by no means hard) and considering the take Nintendo is taking by having more casual games, I must say that it is a really fun game! If you want to play an old mario just download the original from the Virtual Console because we will probably never get one like that ever again. Message | Report |

huge letdown. This game is Mario for idiots. No skill needed. You could probably play this with your eyes closed and still finish levels. It looks purty, and the giant mushroom is fun once or twice, but all in all, a disappointment. Message | Report |
