I think I might buy this although this "DID NOT" meet the BAR EA set with medal of honor 2 heroes (COD)-8players vs MOH2 heroes-32-players and I truly do not care about the graphics being better on COD then MOH2 but more about just fighting on different terrain with different enemies with a playable storymode unlike MOH2......... I'm getting it probably but unstead of looking at it like MOH2 is better online I'm just looking at it like they are two completely different games........ Message | Report |

@ uno How many times do I have to mention that CoD is one of the most popular franchises in the world right now? Of course it sold 1 million on the Wii but it sold much better on other consoles less people own. This isn't the first time a Wii game sold a million and didn't receive the next game in the series. Call of duty: Modernwarfare 2 is already confirmed on Xbox360, PS3 and PC. Not on the Wii. If any of you guys bought this game just beacuse of a hope that Modernwarfare 2 would come on the Wii you guys are nuts. Im only glad at these sales beacuse its open luck for The Conduit. And the amount made on the specifically developed Wii release is still just a small fraction of the amount made on the HD consoles. You have to bear in mind this is one of the biggest games out today. Its the 5th best selling game on the 360 and 7th best seller on PS3. But on the Wii it barely made it to the top 50. Apparently Activision believes MW2 can be the best selling HD game ever. But on the Wii what can they hope for? It finds a place on the bottom of the top 50? Message | Report |

@mjc2021 For selling 1million for the Wii is great. It doesn't take millions to optimize the CoD4 engine on the wii, which is bascially what they did for this game. And Dead Rising Wii WAS a simple port. They recycled the RE4 engine which isn't designed for so many Zombies and they did a half ass job. Message | Report |

@ bmmb1 The PS3, 360, and PC ports are all the same. They basically ported the same game to 3 machines and that cuts development cost. So the HD version of World at War may have sold 10 million in all. The Wii version on the other hand had to be designed specifically for the Wii. That version only sold about a million. It probably cost millions in development, millions to publish, the the retailers also get a cut of millions. So maybe the profit just wasn't worthwhile to bring MW2 to the Wii. @ ItzMeeSnitchez RE4 can also be found on the Gamecube, PS2, and PC. When RE4 hit the Wii for $50 I was able to find the same game for $10 on other consoles. And remember RE4 was a simple port. RE5 would not be a simple port on the Wii. Remember Dead Rising? You can compare with that an wii exclusive game only neads to sell around 500 k to make really good profits to the developer. @ uno you're right of course. drakes fortune talks like somebody who has never played that many pc/wii games. wii feels the best hands down, but i end up playing the 360 the most because of the wider variety of online games. the conduit is going to change that though. i'm very happy this game is doing well, my brother owns it and i play it frequently. the online is solid - much better than gears of war 2, which sucks ass - and the controls are not the best, but are still very good. can't wait to see this get to a million. @drakesfortune Dual analog sticks huh? Maybe Nintendo should have added more buttons and dropped the motion sensing and IR tech? And yeah increase the Graphics horsepower? Umm.... Have you played this game on Wii? I have played COD4 on PC and 360. FPS controls are best on Wii. But that is my opinion and its based on at least trying other systems. Message | Report |

I'd quit complaining about the graphics. Wii owners are lucky to get ports of PS360 games at all. In fact, this is pretty much the only FPS that's gotten a port to Wii, so you should thank your lucky starts it exists and that it looks as good as it does. Face it, the only games that are graphically pleasing are simple cartoony games or rail shooters where they control the environment so much as to make it look ok. Think of all the money nintendo would be making if it was just a bit more powerful, powerful enough that passable ports of PS360 games could be made and run acceptably. Actually, the biggest problem the wii has is the lack of a second analog stick. I think that's an even bigger reason the Wii doesn't get ports. Message | Report |

@Okey, excluding both Viva Pinyata and LBP not one "family" game has hit above 800k. Barring ofcourse pack ins and brand products like Sonic. Remembering too alot of these titles released before the Wii was out. I assume you wouldn't include Nintendo stuff with Mario in the title. I have a 360 version of this. Well I didn't quite enjoy this as much as CoD4 or CoD3. Even though they made Cod3, I didn't like this very much. Thing that sucks is that they even bothered to put a half-assed split screen in campaign. Who the hell positions it like that? Anyway good for the Wii version this certainly made profits. I love this game but I also have it for 360. The Inly thing I hate is no voice chat or Nazi zombies. It's the best part of cod 5 when they make modern warfare 2 I hope they add both including the ray gun. If anyone knows please tell me how do I host an open match online so anyone can join. I love this game so much. I am soooo good at this game. I can kick anyones ass. Anyway the only thing I did not like was the team battle without voice chat. You can not communicate wioth your to team so they can help you. So it is still basically free for all except you can't hit your own team. If they had voice chat or sometype of chat, then that would of made it much better. Other then that this game rocks Message | Report |

Wii version was just a one-year working title. They were experimenting if people would like this game and buy it. THEY DID! So now they are working on a 2-year cycle for Modern Warfare 2 for the Wii which will have everything that the 360 and ps3 versions have due to voice chat online. Message | Report |

The sales for this version of the game are pretty good considering that people can also the PS3 or Xbox 360 version. I'm thinking of picking up the Wii version even though I have a 360 as well. First the Wii version is cheaper, the graphics look fine, and gives support so the Wii isn't overlooked in the future (just my small part). funny how NOW people are saying 2 million is possible pretty sure I predicted it back in December before it got any adjustments at all. It was at like 300k then. shame to see that between treyarch and IW (mostly IW), the COD series never reached its' full potential on Wii. Sales could have been growing if they only kept up with putting MW out the same time as other systems, DLC, MW2, equal promotion etc. Message | Report |
