Step 2: Break the perfectly tuned balance of the predecessor by removing key units and adding some that are either broken or useless Step 3: Remove all the CO strategy by making all the COs the same and effectively killing the usefulness of the CO powers. What a disappointment, still a barely decent game, but nowhere near the degree of masterpiece of the first three 7/10 Message \| Report
