Yeah it sold great but VGC are yet again overtracking. Famitsu said that its sold so far 50k units, same with Fallout 3, i dont know why VGC insists in inflating all the figures. Message | Report |

Well, Fable 2 is amazing for me too, i do not consider Witcher any better, just different, plus Fable 2 has vastly more fun combat and a real world simulation, plus the world changes and the art is phenomenal The good news is that both are amazing games, and both on my 360 and Witcher with far better than PC visuals and controls on top !!!! Fable 2 is a great game. Town folk are all clones? They may not be the most intelligent, but at least they respond to you differently based on your actions in real time. JRPG Town folk stand in one place and have a single pre scripted messege to say and that's it. Their not even clones, there stop signs. Message | Report |

@obamanian: I´don´t have a ps3, only a 360 so if you were talking to me you´re wrong. I´ve played lots of RPGs on consoles and PC so I know what I´m talking about. Among the good things Fable II has, it also has many flaws. And combat is a big flaw, not the gameplay but the challenge is non-existent. And don´t tell me you haven´t noticed how all citizens in each town are clones of one another. Check The Witcher to see what a real WRPG should be like. It blows Fable 2 miles away. And you should check SO4 when it comes out, it´s not your typical JRPG like you think. Unless you don´t like japanese animation (Fable 2 is cartoony so only the japanese would turn you off) Message | Report |

Well, don't listen to haters, Fable 2 can be a huge game if you decide to explore the world fully, the NPC's are some of the most lively in any game ever, maybe the best NPC's and interaction in a game yet TBH, the simulation actually works, you can influence a town economy, poeple lives etc, you can buy almost everything and change the world by your action in some huge ways, adding vastly to replayability, the combat is hands down the most fun real time combat system in a RPG by miles, the lore and huge world are looking stunning, the detail around is phenomenal too etc Haters just don't like the game because it is not on PS3 if you ask me Message | Report |

@dsister4: after playing Fable II and doing pretty much anything I say wait for SO4. Fable II is a good RPG and more enjoyable than Fallout 3 but it doesn´t hold up to its expectations. Few towns, small world, many citizens look the same, the features like marrying, having babies and buying houses, shops are neat but nothing exceptional. Combat is accessible but far from a challenge and you only fight against 5 different kinds of enemies! Technically it´s a bit of mess with frequent fps drop and looks like a last-gen game in HD. Also the story is minimal and pretty crappy. Message | Report |

I had 3 different friends tell me with each passing hour that I played this game I would like it less and less. They were right. The first 2-3 hours were great, but after that my enjoyment slowly faded. It's still a solid game, but I find it kind of disappointing. Message | Report |

This game was the let down of the year for me, with dead space being the biggest suprise. The freedom thing is rubbish and doesnt seem to have a huge effect on the game, not to mention the end of the game sucking big time. I will be thinking a bit more before buying the next fable. I'm disappointed with this game to be honest. I'm only up to the Crucible, but quite frankly, I can't be bothered anymore. I've been married twice, I've brought all the properties in all of the towns I've been to so far apart from Bowerstone, and I've maxed out my 'purity' and 'good' meters. Western RPG's tend to have great legs (look at mass effect and oblivion). Fable 2 will be the same. The advantage this time is the response from gamers and the press has been overwhelmingly positive, so its legs should be even better then the original. Message | Report |

Good game. I'm enjoying it despite many flaws that turn me off ever so slightly. For a game that prides itself on being very realistic with all of the choices you can make it's very cartoony and at the middle of that is the expression wheel which I despise. If you want to use an expression on one person, you can't, to my knowledge, which always winds up pissing other people off. Overall a solid purchase but I must admit that a part of me whished I had just waited a week for fallout 3. I'd give it an 8/10 and would easily suggest it to any wrpg fan who prefers a fantasy setting over the one offered in fallout. Message | Report |

Great game! Albeit with a hilariously bad final boss fight... If you can even call it a final boss fight. I hope Fable IV will be amazing after the disappointment that was Fable III, although it was nowhere near as bad as internet trolls made it out to be. Message | Report |
