Overall this game's very good, but not nearly as perfect as it's made out to be. IMO, story = average, musical score = average, gameplay was often quite boring/repetitive. Although the graphics were good, most of the characters eyes (especially Chloe) looked terrible, completely degrading the immersion in cinematics. Lastly, the final boss fight was pathetic. UC2 = 8.5/10... That said I'm still excited for UC3. Message | Report |

its not normally announced at the conferences but if you follow the interviews and such you can normally catch shipped numbers being thrown out. Either way eventually official numbers will come out like they did with u1 Message | Report |

I love how this game was selling on average 15-20k per week before the price cut. And then the price cut occurred and VGC states it's selling about 10k/week. Not trying to bash VGC, but I don't really think I believe these numbers. Anyone else find the numbers odd? Message | Report |

platinum/hits will sell great for this title, goty edition should move a few hundred thousand as well as heavy bundling come christmas and boxingday/black friday(some games sold like 150k in a single day on those days) not to mention the sequal boost(another 100k at least) add that most believe this is undertracked by 200-300k and i believe 5 million is more than in the bag. This is in my top ten games of all time. the way its rolling along now, considering the legs of the first game, as well as a september GOTY version and holiday boost, i predict 4.5mln by 12/31/10. More and more people are buying ps3's and this is one of the games they are picking up. i hope this franchise turns into one of sonys big franchises like gran turismo and ps1 crash games in terms of sales. Oh my god ROFL. You guys really have to assume everything, eh? I'm not an idiot, I can tell the difference between a composite and a component cable. My PS3 & 360 are hooked up using HDMI cables. If you liked the way K2 looked, congrats, I didn't. It looked below average to me. Then again that wasn't the only reason I didn't like the game. (Cover system was annoying. @Scottsdone Just because you have an HDtv does not mean you have the correct cables to hook said tv up to really enjoy it. Plus just in case you did not know, even if you have the cables, you still need to set the ps3 to HD to enjoy said game in HD. Now if you tell me you have done all of that and got the same results, then I would say it is time to get rid of that 150 dollar aoni or what ever brand you currently own. Message | Report |

Killzone 2 just overuses blur and particle effects. Textures are muddy and look low res and each level is just numerous shades of the same color. It's repetitive, dull and there's no variety. (Also yes, I play with an HDTV) I just bought Uncharted 2 last night and put almost 2 hours in it. Amazing so far. Message | Report |

@ Wagram: Uncharted and Killzone both do certain things better than God of War III. They are all ridiculously good-looking, graphically, though. For instance, in GOWIII, the character model for Kratos looks way better than most other characters. In fact, some of the gods (not naming names) look pretty bad up close. I still say MGS4 (I am a big Metal Gear Solid Fanboy) is the best game for the PS3, but I have spent more time playing Uncharted 2 than I ever did playing MGS4 and I enjoyed about as much as I enjoyed MGS4.
